little bread, Big Jam is a long-established jam session in the East End of London, UK.

It was started by singer Joanne Pooley in 2005, at the Loaded Dog in Leytonstone. Phil Mead was the regular pianist from the start.

In 2008, Annie Dehaney-Steven took over the running of the jam.

In summer 2009, the session moved to the Heathcote Arms.

In 2011 it moved to the Lord Rookwood.

In 2012 it moved to the Luna Lounge, Leytonstone.

In December 2013 it moved to O’Neill’s in Leytonstone.

In May 2016 it moved to the Royal Inn on the Park on the north edge of Victoria Park.
